How many records can it break? Hopefully no more...

Worked today...came home exhausted...working looking at little defects for parts of products is not an ideal way to spend a day. Really. Who would have known...

Where I worked is a factory and machines being used make more heat. Which is not good on a record heat breaking day for Melbourne. It was predicted 40degrees Celsius. It got to 43! (For those of you used to Fahreinheit about 109). Walking outside is like a desert wind...now I have no rush to go to the Egyptian Pyramids this year. But really. The weather! We are still in a pretty severe looking drought and days like this doesn't seem to help. The next 3 or 4 days is meant to be over 40! It hasn't rained for the last 25 days straight a record they said not broken in the last 25 years. Let's hope for unusual summer rain very very soon.

Edit: Melbourne's (the states) dam average? 33.4% full...see why we need this thing called water?

work, drought, heat wave
