(no subject)
So...I got into Twelve Angry Women!!!! I'm am Juror #9. I'm WAY excited. I feel like this is such a big deal. It's not community theatre, it's not high school...it isn't Broadway of course, but this is a big deal. College. It's kinda freaking me out. Maybe this will help me boost my confidence so that I can actually find a direction -- some place to go with this whether it be majoring in theatre or not, but SOMETHING. The rest of the cast seems awesome! I can't wait to start. I think what's just as exciting is the potential of being noticed -- by the RIC theatre community, my professors, my fellow classmates. Finally, I won't have to wait all friggin semester to find someone to talk to or ask for the homework. I felt so good about my audition. I didn't even expect the cast list to be up until Monday...and then someone said it was so I drove over to RIC hoping it wasn't for nothing. I'm gonna go read through the script since we have to at least three times before the first run through. I grazed it over last night and it seems awesome. It's not going on til the end of February so mark your calendars please!
