You know, I can deal with bad translations, clunky battle and lack of interesting plot if there's some charm to be found somewhere, but in this (on-sale, second hand) game I'm playing now, whenever you level up, the characters freeze in place for a little "Yay!" thing for a second.

But the enemies are still moving.

Game, when you assassinate me with something as stupid as that during a boss-with-minions fight, you forfeit the right to be inside my console.
