A Good Day
So yesterday I got up early to go get my glasses fixed… (They broke while I was at camp) … the lady behind the counter laughed at my duct tape job but I was like whatever. They had to order a piece so I get to go back today to get it fixed for real.
So Maddie came down to Birmingham yesterday. It was really good to see her!! We ate lunch at Zoes, which was really good, and then we went to see a movie. Originally we wanted to go see War of the Worlds but it wasn’t playing till later on, so we ended up going to see Wedding Crashers. It wasn’t as good as I thought it would be, but I was in good company so that made it all the better. So after the movie Maddie and I went and chilled at my house for a little while. We ended up eating dinner with my parents, which I thought was great. After that we met up with Bubba and LT at the Cheesecake factory for dessert, which was really good!! We stayed there for about an hour and talked then I drove Maddie back to her car. We said our goodbyes and then she was gone. I really enjoyed spending the day with her, and I can’t wait till I see her again. I really do hope things work out between us.
