Good Day
It's been a good day; hectic, but fulfilling. I got a whole plate of misery dropped on me late yesterday, but instead of working all hours like it seemd I was expected to I went out to my German lesson then got hammered.
Somewhat tired the next day, but generally fine I was repeatedly thwarted in my attempt to set up some important networky stuff, but by the end of the day, not only had I kept everyone happy, I'd helped two other people on other tasks as well.
Naturally I then went out for a drink with a colleague.
It's nice to be at the top of your game and be reminded that you are actually competent occasionally.
In case anyone was wondering I'm trying to be a bit more productive at home too, so I basically sat in bed and forced myself to write something totally unplanned, which is why it's a bit random and doesn't really end.
