3 hours of phone conversations with sofi yesterday and i think she finally understands.
unfortunately that's still going to change nothing for at least a few months.
also, having medical bills from years ago in which they take all 700 dollars out of your bank account sucks. especially when your rent money is in there and you don't get paid for 2 weeks.
