March comes in like a lion, and out like a lamb.
I love that adverb, because it gives me hope.
As much as I hate losing an hour, it is made up for by more sunlight! Longer days make me so much happier. The summer is in sight, and I'm looking forward to it. Very much so :) I can't wait to not need a coat and be able to hang out outside. I can't wait to move in with Gabriel. I can't wait to have lab and only lab- no classes to deal with. Oh, and yes, a marvelous two weeks off to travel to... I don't know where yet.
Gabe was here this weekend, but he was sick so we took it easy. We did get to jam with Rachel in Brooklyn on Saturday, which was sweet. He got to see me in my element. Hehe. Today was kind of tiring, but I don't feel like explaining. Hehe. Not a bad day though. I am looking to be super productive in lab tomorrow. I really want to show my PI that I am motivated and totally into science, because apparently I did a poor job of that for my last rotation. I am a scientist. I know it. And I really really like this lab and I want to leave a good impression. This might be the one!
I got new sneakers recently. I love them. :] Anddd... that's pretty much all I can think of to talk about.
