WELL, I was kinda toying with the idea of wearing this funky Day of the Dead dress that has a cowboy-hatted skull and crossed pistols on it, but I don't want people saying that Liz brought in a total freak. Heh. So instead I think I'm going to wear this lightweight black Wednesday Addams kind of dress. It's odd enough for the Halloween season, but spiffy enough that I'll look like, y'know, I gave a crap what I put on that morning. (Unusual for me.)
OOH but I do have a pair of totally badass slip-on sneakers with Day of the Dead skulls on them.
Mostly, I want to look mildly interesting and entertaining in a Halloweeny sort of way, but not so weird that I reflect badly on Liz. Perhaps I'm overthinking it all. Snork.
What are you wearing? OOH I hope I get the chance to meet your puppies while I'm out. They're SO cute. And I'd love a better look at Ghost's amazing color scheme.
I know you're not a huge fan of rain and cold, but maybe you and Wes can come visit us some spring. It's lovely that time of year, and we'd love to have you.

Can't bring the puppies -- can't leave'em in the car all day long. They're too big, it's too hot. Are you going to be here awhile? Drive on down for an evening or afternoon. We'll eat something and you can get smothered in Great Dane Luv. Liz has never seen them either, except in a few LJ pictures. They're just waiting to smoosh on you.
I would LOVE to get smooshed on by your puppies! I'll be in town Sunday but I'm driving up to see the fam-damily in Phx. I'm flying out late Monday afternoon. It would be cool if we could work something out!
How long are you going to be with fam-damily on Sunday? We're about 80 miles from downtown Tucson. You could come down for dinner...? We have some decent places, or I could force Wes to cook (he's very good at it). You could even stay the night if you like, zip back up to Tucson Monday morning. I could go into work a bit late or something. Evil me, I am trying to steal you from Liz. :)
