Season of Mists
Yesterday my family and I went out for my big brother's birthday...bash. Anyway, it was a resturaunt in Pasadena, so my Nate and I left early so we could go to the Comic Book Factory. I read Astonishing X-men 4 there, and let me tell you, it was freakin' great. Colossus alive! Before leaving I bought the 4th installment of the Sandman issue. I've read the first 3 chapters and it's already fucking great. Neil Gaiman's the man. So we go to meat the rest of my family at the restaurant and we waited for over half an hour. It was fine by me though, because I read a comic called We3. When finally my parents and sister arrived, we went into The Yardhouse. Man was that place awesome. Good food, good tunes, and good lord there were a lot of TVs. I ordered the fish and chips which were alright but I wish I had ordered the turkey pot pie. Well, something to look forward to next time I go. Also, I forgot to mention that the restaurant had the largest selection of beer in the world. Something to look forward to when I'm legal to drink. That was pretty much it. I don't really know why I'm adding this in; probably to avoid boredom. Hopefully I'll have something interesting to write about in the near future.
