yeauh Christmas 08!
Yea! Washington!
So, it took us a while to get here. We left Provo, and roughly 26 hours later, we pulled up to our house. Wait, no we didn't. We made it up as far as we could up our road, but there was too much snow. So we had to walk the last leg of the trip.
Well we made it. And now, one week later, we are making the drive back. Ehhh. We had a good Christmas. There was a lot of snow. It's starting to melt away now, I think. The rain is finally starting to come, rather than snow. We're just waiting for the Pass to open up for us.
I got a Nintendo DS Lite, along with Mario Party and a Tony Hawk game. That'll keep me entertained for the next 20+ hours of driving I hope. I'm excited to get back to Provo. I want to ski. And maybe this season I'll finally figure out how to snowboard. They say you get it on the third try. I've been twice.
p.s. movie side note- I saw Dark Knight last night (finally). Usually when I hear so much about a movie and all the hype, it ruins it, because I have all these expectations that are let down. But I was not in the least disappointed. SO good. Not as dark as I'd thought it would be. I also saw No Country for Old Men. And THAT is what I call dark... we stayed in a motel on the way here, and I swear it was the same motel as in that movie. I really liked it. The movie. Not the motel.
