It's a lovely summer's day

FINALLY!

I've had a hold on my record so I wasn't able to register for classes, BUT now I can! Yay. So I've been working on that for the past few days, and I am pretty happy. I'm sure it'll change a bit before the fall, but it's looking goooooood.

So... so far I've got an Art History class, Philosophy, second half of Music Civilization, a 300 level Sociology class (ack!) and an Intro to Film class. And then of course a religion class, which I'm not sure if I will be doing D&C or New Testament. hmmmmm... and I think we're gonna audit Larry's guitar class haha. I kept my schedule open so we could still go to his class every now and then. Yes!

ANYWAY... I am excited. It feels good to be excited for school. And I realize looking at my list, it doesn't sound particularly fun, but I think it does.

Well, it's been exactly a month from today since I said bye to the kids in Provo.  One month down, three to go. I'm excited for school. BUT home has been awesome. There were some low points (trying to adjust to this full house, trying to convince my grandma I wasn't out to get her, getting 2 speeding tickets within days of each other, finding work...) but it feels good now. I have yet to find a steady job, but I've done some work here and there. And it's good to have the WHOLE family home. Becca leaves for study abroad in London pretty soon, but I think it's good she came home instead of staying in Provo... And when she gets back right before school starts again, we're going cruisin to the Caribbean! Like the week before school starts...haha FUN

college, home
