Oh the pain, the pain.
I played netball last night for the first time in possibly years. So now every muscle in my body hurts. I believe I am very, very unfit.
We ended up losing 11-20 to these older ladies who were a little bit too competitive for my liking. Kate was definently our best player and she only played one quarter, I can remember us all thinking she was a guardian angel when she rocked up.
It was heaps fun and I think we'll be shit hot by the end of the season.
