the last couple of weeks
so i went to the masquarade, it was fun, but not that fun. it was such a hippie party. I've noticed that I hang out with alot of hippies up here. must be the area.
This guy songwriter/producer guy contacted me, and I'm singing on one of his recordings on thursday. its kind of exciting. he's not like a big deal or anything, but I get some recording experience and he's gonna pay me 100 bucks. yay! money!
I really like the friends I've made this semester. and alot of them are cute boys.
I went to this little cafe on thursday night and listened to this hippie band and danced with the hippies, and they tried to pass me their energy or some shit, and they made me join in in a group hug. silly hippies. and then we went to this thing called Gender bender where people dress up in drag and perform, it was hot.
then friday I went to the beach with jenny charlotte, nicole, sheena, shmara and her friend tiereny. it felt so good to be back with the old group. we saw a tiny octopus in a tide pool!
Saturday was orientation for work, which sucked. I had to run at full speed for like half a mile to get there in time bc the employee parking lot was full, and the guy that lead the orientation made me want to kill myself. He actually told us we have to ask customers, "how is your adventure going today?" or "have a great adventure!" I'm never saying that.
I also saw mars volta this weekend and had my first day of work, but this entry is long. and probably boring. I feel like i should stop writing, but I have more to say. I'll just write about it later, so it doesnt seem like I'm telling my life story.
