But that is no matter now. About my experience I will tell you this. I have taken care of the majority of the medical issues of both my family and our workers for the past few years. There are very few trained doctors of any sort outside of Cairo, and none in the areas our archaeological excavations have usually taken us to.

However, just know I take my patients seriously, you're not what you say you are and I'll have no problem changing my mind; I might need some help, but I'm not so desperate as to get it from some shoddy nurse.

I never exaggerate my qualifications. Although I have never formally trained, I have received more than enough practice recently. In the villages along the Nile they call me Sitt Hakim, for I am one of the few willing to dispense basic remedies and advice to prevent the common childhood illnesses.
