cheap weekend
10/22 Wed: got back from the Galapagos and we walked home from the airport will all our luggage and ct tripped in the middle of an intersection and she went ALL the way down ahaha. She cut her knee and I was like do u need some Neosporin so we did that on the street! Morgan just left, we were like wtf! Dinner with the family and talked about Galapagos.
Thurs: back to classes and then studied for our coastal ecology test the next day. I was supposed to hang out with carlos for a bit but he’s a poop so it didn’t work out. So I got a lot of studying done.
Fri: coastal ecology test which I hopefully aced! Then me, ct, and Catherine went to the artesian market in mariscal and I bought some presents. Then we went home to get ready for the night. Carlos’s mom picked up me and ct up at 5 with carlos and his sister to go to her house for her bday party. It was basically me, ct, carlos, Xavier, ludo, karito, and 2 other friends in his house and then his mom and her friend in their restaurant. At first it was kinda boring but then we started drinking. A lot. Too much. Interesting…. Bad decisions all around
Sat: woke up at like 7 to tell my mom where I was. Soooo chuchaki… carlos drove us home at like 11 and threw up in the car again. It was really bad, I didn’t know what to do. During the rest of the day I just slept and worked on my paper. My mom was like why did u guys drink so much that u couldn’t come home. Hahah I was like everyone was! Then later that night me and ct took a taxi to Catherine’s to get ready to go out and I straightened everyone’s hair. We went to a new place with her sisters, their friends, and her cousin, who is like 17 but was super nice and so cute. Ahha. The place was called van gogh and it was completely free for girls with free drinks all night! The place was so cool looking and they played good music. A band played later in the night and the drummer was so hot! Girls danced in cages and we finally got to dance! Fun night. Nico, the cousin’s dad drove us all home. Good night and we only spent a dollar fifty the whole weekend!
Sun: almuerzo with the whole extended family. Then I registered for classes and finished my paper on olive snails.
Mon: sick. handed in my paper and normal classes. Me, ct, and Catherine met at quicentro later for some retail therapy! Got some nice shirts at nafnaf, my fav store here. Then we went home and I got a lot done on my presentation.
Tues: went home after classes for lunch and then passed out for a bit. Went to the dvd store with morgan to get some to bring with me to the rainforest. Finished my presentation and then went out to no bar with ct and Catherine and met up with andrea, rene, Claire, and Christine. No bar sucked so we got home at 12 which was kinda good, needed to be rested for our presentations today!
Wed: all done with work before the rainforest!!! Internet time now and then I’m meeting carlos for a bit at quicentro, we might go bowling ahhahah.
