(no subject)
Today is the third day of standardized testing - math section. Not only do my students get extended time, but they can have everything except the reading comprehension passages read to them, so today I read everything.
This should be interesting considering I basically have no voice. *sigh*
I've been hacking up a lung since Monday and feeling like this would've called out sick, except for the fact that they have no one to replace me with because my students have to be tested by a certified teacher and because we already have so many students who are being tested separately (and scribed for) there is literally no coverage. I'm going to get to the doctor this afternoon and no matter how I'm feeling I'm calling out sick on Friday.
I think I'll make myself some hot tea.
