At the beginning when the staff was discussing ways to deal with the glitch issues and Topher started talking about changing meds in the pods I knew that the whole "awakening" was a set up. Loved the initial conversation when the five got out of the pods. "Who wants to put "Alien Guy" back in the box?"
As the episode went along my love for "Victor" inprinted with his actual personality sans memories just grew and grew. Now I really want to know what event brought him to the Dollhouse.
Sadly, "November's" wardrobe choices was apparently what she'd wear in real life. Could that dress have been less flattering? As soon as she walked through the group of children in Catholic school uniforms playing, I knew she was headed to the cemetary.
I can almost get behind that Caroline and Mellie "chose" to sign a contract because what they couldn't live with in their own lives (death of Caroline's boyfriend, death of Katie), but what the hell happened with Sierra? This Noah dude didn't like when she refused his advances so he "pulled some strings" to get her into the house so he could "own" her. Not even a pretense of doing some right in the world, that's just flat out slavery. WTF?
I loved Caroline's confrontation with Topher. I kinda wanted to see what happened when an imprinted brain got written over. I think he sort of deserves it.
I love to hate Mr. Dominic - "Think of them as pets." But his explanation of his statement made so much twisted sense.
