Oh. I had shivers running down my spine as I read this gorgeous piece. I love gen fic like this, that shows how devoted the two of them are to each other, how they care for each other so deeply. Honestly, my heart feels all squeezed and too big for my chest right now.

In that moment, Sam was overcome with gratitude. In his whole life, no one had taken care of him like Dean.
