The tree of knowledge
Not quite the most appropriate icon, but this week I'm in off-site training for my job. It's an advanced SQL programming course. Today was the first day and it went well. I knew a lot of the stuff we went over, but I definitely learned some and feel that the next few days will be even more helpful. And my computer partner is originally from NJ, too, so we hit it off. lol. Then I had lunch with a woman from Kentucky who was both amazed and frightened by Whole Foods. lol. She told me she buys fried chicken from Walmart which both amazed and frightened me, too (but more the latter). I find it nice to be in a different environment this week, of course, there are little things blowing up at work in my absence but oh well! Yay free classes!
