even worse are the ones that don't usually drive and suddenly now *must* drive because they might get damp while waiting for the bus.

"I am not use to driving, but today I *must* because the road conditions are even worse than normal!"

If they're not going to use the bus, they might as well be part of the problem of why buses run late. :)
