this sadness has washed over me and it is not going away...
the pains in my chest are taking my breath away....
i try to look forward to a better day....
but my future looks so bleek and gray...

i just want this pain to end ...
i hate feeling this way...
i always know what to say and do to help a friend...
but i have no words for myself?????

feelings.... that is all i have ...
and they are tormenting me...
i hate to fucking cry....

stabbing pain going through my chest wont you let me be and let me rest.........
