Highschool > College.... I don't see the difference yet...
Well today was the first day of college.
It wasn't so bad, despite the fact that I had to walk about 50,000 miles in the heat.
I had Math and History today. I was happily surprised in Math because my old friend Nicelle from high school is in that class, so at least I know somebody.
History was interesting, I think that class will be fun. I sort of made a new friend.
I find it funny that college feels too much like high school. I expected some big dramatic change in the atmosphere or something, but people are the same, despite there being a LOT more people. It seems as if the world walked by me today.
The sad part is, I've carried on my same old habits from high school. I HATE crowds... I mean... HATE them... and I'm TERRIFIED of strangers. I avoid people at all costs. It's amazing I made a friend at all today and only because she spoke to me first after class and asked me what I thought of the teacher.
I wish I could get over this social fear of mine...
