So Excited!!!
*Warning: Major nerdy obsessing ahead!*
So my "excited" levels for the new BBC Jane Eyre have gone from about a 5 or 6 to a 10++++++ (on a scale from 1 (I will never watch the program) to 10 (I will not only watch but also download, publicize, rant and quiver about every teeny aspect of the program). Yeah. I am psyched.
I've seen 1 clip, 1 trailer, absorbed all the information on the (new as of today!) website and in short, September 24th can't come soon enough. I'm going to try and see if my cousin who lives in the UK can tape it for me. I haven't talked to her in like 5 years, but whatever. Nothing stands between me and Jane Eyre!!
So giddy was I, this afternoon, that I misread the synopsis given on the site:
"Despite a rocky start, [Rochester] and Jane form a strong bond" to read:
"He and Jane form a rock band."
Needless to say I did a huge double-take, and then of course did some major inside-laughing. (Couldn't exactly lol because I was at work and therefore had to keep a calm exterior. Damn these front-desk jobs!)
Okay, done obsessing now.
