I've just finished eating a packet of Sainsburys Basics pork luncheon meat. It's only £1.18, and quite filling. With 848 calories, 61g protein, and 62g fat I suppose it should be. There's something about cold meat, though, and I quickly lose my appetite for it. So although it's a cheap source of nutrition, it's not one I can indulge in too
