walk the line
i saw a screening of walk the line yesterday. i liked it overall but i guess i felt like it could've been better....it seemed one sided, but it is still good and worth seeing.
joaquin phoenix sounds exactly like johnny cash when he's singing. it's pretty amazing! i'm also impressed that reese witherspoon actually sang as well. who knew she sang? well i guess who knew joaquin sang as well? also the guy who is supposed to be elvis or something, looks nothing like him.
one annoying thing about melenitz theater at ucla is that you arent allowed to have camera phones maybe for movies that havent been released yet. ucla is super anal about that and wouldn't even hold our phones. sharon and i resorted to hiding our phones on campus in a "secret" location. luckily it was still there after the movie ended!
