Based on ANN, Kuroko no Basuke only reveal new uniforms that Kagami and Kuroko use in that illustration for Kuroko no Basuke season 2.

I think it's just a temporary thing. I don't think we'll see a lot of it. I noticed that Kise had a face like this too in the OVA. Not that I mind. :3 It looks nice too.
