Here's part 5
Day 5: Cautious Cowgirl
ashleyfanfic She was highly aggravated at her husband, who seemed to take it upon himself to jump into the shower after they made love that morning. She'd been avoiding him ever since, hoping to retain a bit of her sanity, and her ability to walk by staying away from him. She had actually moved into another room of the manor every time she heard him coming. She knew he was looking for her, but she was looking for a bit of alone time.
She loved her husband, there was no doubting that, but sometimes, personal space was needed. However, on their honeymoon, Draco seemed to disagree. She had gone to the market the day before to get something to make him for dinner, and the man couldn't let her do that alone. She just needed a bit of space. She didn't think she was asking for a lot.
She had actually avoided the area of the manor where their bedroom resided if for no other reason than to keep him from ambushing her and making her lose her ability to think about anything besides the absolute pleasure he was giving to her. But she was looking for a book that she'd been reading before they got married, a book she was very interested in, and she couldn't remember where she had placed it. If she didn't know better, she'd bet he'd hidden it just to get back at her for avoiding him.
She heard footsteps in the hall and moved through the opposite door into the library and peeked out of the door in the hall to see Draco walk into the adjoining room. She slipped into the hall and made her way toward their bedroom, hoping she had put it in one of the bedside tables. She sat on her side of the bed and searched through the drawers, and still hadn't found it. She moved to his side of the bed and searched there, still nothing.
She sighed and jumped when she heard the door close. She looked over and found her rather irritated husband, "What are you doing?"
"Looking for my book."
"I was talking about avoiding me."
"What about it?"
He folded his arms over his chest. "Why?"
She shook her head as she stood and walked over to her vanity, still searching for her book, "Honestly, Draco, you act like I can't do anything without you."
"I didn't say that."
"Well, it's how you're acting."
"I am not."
She stood up straight and sighed, "I don't want to argue with you. I just want to find my book."
"Where did you have it last?"
"The library."
He nodded, "Good place for a book. Did you look in there?" She nodded and walked past him out of their bedroom, Draco on her heels.
"Yes, I looked."
"What book is it?"
"Not the one we were reading the other night."
"I realize that. That book is sitting on the kitchen table."
She sighed as she stared at the millions of books that were sitting along the walls of the library, "I want my book," she said through gritted teeth, growing even more frustrated.
"Well, if you told me the name of it, maybe I could help more than I already am." She looked through the drawers of the desk again, and Draco shook his head as he moved beside her and knelt in the floor to look beneath the desk and removed a book that had managed to make its way beneath it and set it on the desk. She picked it up and smiled at him, her frustration ebbing, "I guess you didn't look as well as you thought you had."
"Guess not. Thank you."
"Now you can tell me why you were avoiding me."
She sighed, "I just needed a breather."
"So, you were running out of rooms as I was entering them? All you had to do was tell me you wanted some space, Hermione."
She shook her head, "I thought you would be angry."
"Well, I sort of am. How dare you rather read than shag your husband?! On our honeymoon, no less."
She chuckled, "I just . . . I'm worried I won't be able to walk in a few days."
He smirked, "You say that like it's a bad thing."
She shook her head, "It is. I just . . . I need a little space . . . just for an hour."
He nodded, "You've got it."
She smiled as he walked to the door, "Thank you."
"Yeah . . . you owe me."
"I know," she said as he closed the door behind him.
*~*
A few hours later, she opened the door to her bedroom and found Draco napping with the 'other' book resting on his chest. She smiled as she walked over and knelt beside him on the bed. She lifted the book from his chest and smirked as she watched the blonde witch riding the man beneath her, her back to his face as his hands held tight to her hips. She shook her head, wondering exactly what it was her husband had in his head when he was to wake up. She closed the book and set it on the table beside him.
His eyes fluttered open and found her looking down at him, "How long have you been here?"
"About five minutes."
He yawned, "Ah."
He sat up and stretched. She smirked, "Good nap?"
He nodded, "Very good. I had the best dream."
"Did you?" she asked as she glanced at the erection tenting his pants.
"Mmmm. You were in it."
"Was I?"
He nodded and rolled on top of her, "You were. But you had on less clothing."
"How much less?"
"Oh, you were very naked."
She smiled, "Was I?"
He nodded as he placed several kisses along her neck, "Yes."
She sighed, "I'll never be able to walk again."
He smiled against her neck, "Not if I have my way about it."
He wasted no time in undressing her. His lips found hers in a heated kiss, almost desperate to show her how much he always wanted her. His hands seemed unable to stay in any one place, which delighted her to no end. She removed his shirt and made quick work of his pants and boxers as she was aching to touch him.
She'd felt a bit guilty by wanting her space from him. They'd only been married for five days and already she wanted to distance herself from him a bit. She felt horrible for doing such a thing, but she felt like she had to get out of that bedroom. The longer she sat in the library reading, the worse she felt about turning him away. And now, here she was, yearning to make it up to him.
He rolled her on top of him as he lay on his back. His fingers found her hot and wanting. She shivered above him as he circled her clit, and before he could slip inside of her, she turned, putting her back to him and sank onto his cock. He groaned as she moved over him, her thrusts wild and uninhibited. He loved his woman, he thought as his hands moved over her hips, her stomach to cup her breasts. His fingers worked over her sensitive nipples, her body striving to get there as soon as possible, enjoying the feel of him, but needing her release.
He couldn't decide what he wanted more, for her to never stop or for him to come as soon as possible. He loved being inside of her, loved feeling her hot and slick around him. He needed her, loving to be inside of her and always needing to be part of her. Her body was his temple and he wanted to worship her forever. He knew all of her buttons, knew what to tickle, lick, kiss, and caress to get a certain reaction out of her.
He was lost in feeling her, loving the way her muscles tightened around him as she moved. He closed his eyes as he began thrusting into her, nothing else mattered except his release as he moved his hands to her hips, pulled her roughly against him; she moaned loudly as she moved her finger over her clit and came above him. Her muscles clinched around him, and he moaned her name softly as he thrust into her twice more. She rolled off him onto her side and rested her head on his chest.
"I needed that," he said, his hand moving through her hair.
She smiled as she snuggled against his body, pulling the coverlet over their bodies, "It's only been a few hours."
"I know. But I like having you any time I want."
She sighed, "I suppose I should apologize for wanting space."
He shook his head, "No need. I understand. You're very independent and you needed time to breathe. Don't apologize for being who you are."
She smiled, "And people asked why I was marrying you."
"Really? Sod them all."
She closed her eyes, "I think I could use some sleep."
He looked down at her, "You tire easily."
"It's your fault."
He smiled, "Then I accept responsibility for it."
She smiled, "Shut up Draco."
"Yes Hermione."
