Anyone for tennis?

Next week I go to Scotland!  So don't expect any updates unless you're special.  Then you'll get an email.  And maybe a deck of cards or a t-shirt that says "My friend went to Scotland and his family made him go up on the Falkirk wheel.  He fell asleep because it was boring.  But at least he bought me this t-shirt.  That was a good little story wasn't it?  The Lord works in mysterious ways doesn't he?"  Also this week I should be rehearsing but we don't have a reason to so we probably won't.  Unbeknownst to my band I'm completely unavailable next week and internationally-completely unavailable for two weeks after that and maybe a week in August.  Anyway.  The reason I'll be unavailable next week is because my parents were willing to pay reams of money just so they could get me out of the house.  So instead of sitting around in my proper humble home, I'll be sitting around in a stuffy blank room at SAIT.  But I've been promised a good time.  So tomayto tomahto.  I've thought of a new adventure to go on next week if the gods are with me which doesn't happen very often by the looks of things.  The nature of my new adventure deals with the same thing I've been unable to do forever and which was written on my hand a month ago last Sunday and which I must really really really really get around to doing.  But since I'm horrible and cruel I'm not going to tell you until it goes well afterward.

I wonder when Andrea gets back from her little voyage in Washington I believe it was.  She's very very good with advice and I'd like some right now or else I'll be digging myself a hole soon.  A big one.  Like to China.  And it won't be a proper hole dug with shovels and the like, but rather an excruciatingly slowly dug hole dug with Handi-snak sticks, plastic spoons, and my mind-boggling telekinetic powers.  When I've finished digging it I expect to point at a spot on the horizon, shout "WHAT THE HELL'S THAT?!" then run away when nobody sees me.  I'm terribly pathetic.
