...but the lender isn't! Isn't that a lovely idea - someone is watching out for their best interests and it just so happens to be in my best interests too!
The condo appraisal came in $1500 under what I offered. Now is the seller's chance to back out. I am optimistic that he won't though.
Dues are going up in the condo association. It turns out that they didn't have quite enough to pay for new roofs on 23 units. Their roofer is an ex-friend of my older sister, for whom my sister worked for at one point. Small world.
So, I am feeling pretty good about being here in Anchorage.
