more pictures and our dream house
we had a rough weekend. we mainly discussed firing our realtor because he hasn't been bringing us houses to look at. his ears must have been burning because monday morning he sent patrick mls O5040271. patrick went to see it immediately after work and put a offer on it before i could get there after work to see it too. it's our dream house. 4/2.5 with a 3-car garage, two story ceilings in the living and dining rooms, overlooks forest and rolling hills, only six years old and nothing but the downstairs carpet needs replacing. it's amazing. we've offered $130K, almost eleven thousand more than they're asking. it's worth it. we've been waiting for two days and haven't heard anything yet. there's at least one other offer being considered. it's only been on the market since friday. i think we have a good chance :)
i hope we get it just for the basic fact that i went from paying the cheapest rent on earth to paying for the most expensive storage. i spend maybe one or two days a week at home. last night was my first night home since wednesday night last week. i've been gypsy-living. it's expensive and it sucks.

tuesday night i went and played with natalie at my mom's. we're swimming now and she was doing well until my brother thought it'd be fun to dunk her (kids hate that). now she's scared and i have to tell her i'll hold on tight and she'll be ok. dammit phillip. she's not a cat to be tortured, she's your daughter. on the upside, all she can talk about is going on an "easter egg hunk" this weekend. so cute :)
patrick and i are going to typhoon lagoon saturday with some of his family. i haven't been there in years. i think it'll be fun :)
