Whoa
Yea, like, I'm tired and things, but I'm going back to Louisiana for a week. That should be mildly entertaining. I somehow got an A- in my senior seminar even thogh I wrote the paper mostly the might before. I guess Dick Davis was smoking a little too much grass to realize that. One more exam and then I am done with this god-forsaken quarter. I need to organize my apt. I also need to get the internet set up on my computer machine.
Oh, holy shit. I went to the pound yesterday right. there was this fucking awesome dog there. It was a yellow lab mix, but it must have been mixed with a corgie because it looks like a giant corgie collored like a yellow lab. Its 4 years old, fixed, lazy, and well-trained. It even heels like a pro. Basically it is a bad ass dog. If I was to get a dog, I believe that I would adopt that dog, however, I have a roommate now. There are also other difficulties associated with dogdom. There is the innitial cost, but I can swing that on my next paycheck in a few days, and the cost of upkeep, but really, if it doesn't get sick it only really requires dog food and any extra attention that I decide to lavish upon it. There is also the issue of consistant care. I do leave for more than a week several times a year, and I play NERO. If I left to visit Huntington or something, I would most certainly be able to bring a dog with me, or if I went to visit my sister, but NERO is something different. I would either have to board the dog, which I wouldn't want to do both in terms of cost and affection, so I would need someone to at least walk her, feed her, and play with her roughly one saturay a month. I can leave for a NERO event late on Friday, allowing a dog to be fed, walked, and cared for, and return on sunday morning to do the same, but saturday is totally bunk. I do live near several of my friends now and such shit, and I have a roommate, but Alex wants to start playing NERO too. My parents are also against dog, but fuck them, they live in Louisiana. I also don't know if our apt. is big enough for a dog. She isn't huge, but she isn't tiny either. I would need space in my room for a dog bed and whatnot...Idonno. Anyway, it is moot to muse about it because Alex has the power to kill the idea before it matures.
