Squeeeeee?
and so another humourous digital piece comes to life :) i've been working on and off on this drawing for a few weeks now...ok maybes its more like 4weeks :P but it is finished...kinda....im not really happy with the background (which has some reference to the perfume bottle in the pic) but anyways it will do for now...
this all started with a friend complaining she had to wear this awful tutu in work as it was to do with some promotion for Avril Lavigne's new perfume (haha that just makes me laugh) she had to wear a very attractive black tee with a pink tie design on it too...for that uber Avril look :P so Scott and i poked fun and got at her a bit for it and tortured her with puns until she got a pic of her in the tutu so i could draw this :D
all drawn and coloured with a Wacom tablet in Photoshop7...i think im getting a little faster with the colouring....tho the blending and shading does take quite a while...spent about 4 or 5 hours on it tonight just doing the colouring...but it came out pretty well...still not sure about the background which i based off the Avril perfume poster...but meh its done...though i keep looking back at the lineart and finding i like it without the colour more and more...hmmm...
but there you have it...another colourful cartoonish and very blended digiatl painting :)
oh and on a side note....we ordered my new Wacom tablet (my big Christmas pressie!) the one i use at the moment is Scott's small A6 size one...my new one will be A5...that's TWICE as big and it'll be a touch tablet so i dont even have to use the pen! im a weeeeeee bit excited about it :D WOOOOOOOP!!!
