Back in the "Falling Behind" portion of the program
...although hopefully nothing that a few concentrated days' effort won't fix. Much to do here and in RL. Answering posts and composing comments as I can.
Today was an "us" day, starting off with a gigantic pumpkin-apple pancake (I over-mixed it and it went a bit flat, but it still tasted good) and then heading out to Devil's Lake for a hike. The weather was pretty close to perfect - partly cloudy with a bit of a breeze. There were a number of overly friendly hornets in a few spots, and little orange ladybugs everywhere, but the scenery more than made up for it. (I got lots of pictures that I'll edit & post asap.)
Now we're home, pleasantly worn out and off to bed soon.
And I still haven't put out the Halloween decorations - d'oh!
