Plugging away
I'm tired. My cold decided to go out with a bang, gifting me with a lovely howling cough last night. It abated this morning, though, and I can (mostly) taste things again, so it's still losing - HAH!
I'll be working at least one day this weekend, to make up for the time I lost taking a sick day Tuesday (which I suppose negates the sick day on my acccount, but meh. *shrugs*)
Ric brought holiday-appropriate candies to the shop for Valentine's Day, so we're enjoying that. :) We don't normally do much of anything for this holiday, so it's passing pretty normally. At some point we'll likely go out for a nice dinner or something just because we haven't in quite a while, but between work and illness, there's not much point in an attempt this week.
One night's unbroken sleep would be so very nice right now...
