OK folks
I'm thinking about getting another lodger as I keep spending too much money and need to recoop some!!! However, my last foray into this area was a total and utter disaster. So I'm trying to be sensible and cautious and not going to rush into anything.
I'm looking for:
a)Someone of the alternative persuasion
b)Someone who can manage to help with the cleaning (ie notices when the bin is full and doesn't keep trying to balance stuff on top!!!)
c)Someone who can live with the fact the room up for grabs is a bit small (but then it is cheap!)
And I reserve the right to be add any other conditions as I see fit.
So if you good folks out there are aware of any suitable candidates or have any suggestions for me. Send an email.
