I had a prick of a day! Felt like a monday.
Road train blew a hydraulic line, so spent a couple hours cleaning that up.
Had an engine bay fire at midday, so that put the big loader out of action. Also put me out of action for a few hours because I copped a lungful of sulphur dioxide. Lovely shit. Also extremely toxic. So I've been on oxygen for over an hour this arvo. Had an ECG as well. Eye drops and other bits and bobs. Medic discovered a condition that I have but didn't know about. Oxygen in my blood is about 93%. Most people have 97-98%. Smokers are usually 95%. I'm an anomally, which will be looked into further when I get back to Perth. Otherwise I feel fine.
Also had another hydraulic line blow whilst I was at the medical centre, which was taken care of by others.
At the end of the day when I was still loading sulphur, I had a fire where I was working. Another lungful of sulphur dioxide. More fun n games.
Over it by the end of the day. I'll be very bloody happy to finish this job and fly out on Monday night!
