Ok, here's my dilemma, my fiance's brother Matthew and his son Locke are both in our wedding party. Until about 3 weeks ago Matthew's was happily in love and living with Locke's mother Melissa. So of course I decided to have the whole crew in the wedding. Matt is Russell's best man, Locke is the ring bearer, and Melissa is a bridesmaid.
Well, Melissa recently broke it off with Matt and told him she doesn't love him anymore... etc.
It really upsets me to take sides, but I will always be closer to Matt than Melissa. I talked to Matthew yesterday and he feels very uncomfortable about Melissa being in the wedding party.
My idea is to wait a month before doing anything, but if it comes to it I may have to ask Melissa not to be in the wedding party...
any ideas, suggestions?
