60 days…. When did that happen?
Small Refresher, Jake and Alexis from Colorado, getting married in Grand Junction (about 5 hours from where we live in Colorado) all teams got thrown out of the window a while ago and when asked I usually say it’s a “crazy, comic book, geek, Greek, 50’s, DIY, love fest at a vineyard”

STD and Invites have been sent out and RSVP’s are trickling in (it’s a destination wedding so I sent the invites out early)

Most BM’s and GM’s have their clothing.

Rooms booked for before wedding for FH and I

BM gifts (necklaces and hair pieces for the wedding)
Things I’m in the middle of doing :
Guest book ... About 70% done
Card box … About 98% done
Center pieces … About 30% done
Programs … About 90% done
Ceremony wording … about 70% done
Boutonnieres … about 20% done
Cupcake stands … about 50% done
Things I have not done :
Booked rooms for after wedding
Wedding bands
Unity Ceremony
Wine Ceremony Box (but I maid these last two things FH’s responsibility and he promised to pick them up after next pay day)
Losts of other things I’m sure….
And now it’s time for PICTURES! (Programs, jewelry, bouquet, BM gifts, Guest Book, Card Box)
First is first, my jewelry has changed since my original post about it and is now all custom pieces by the wonderfully talented BellLili (http://www.etsy.com/shop/BellaLili) also these are her pictures of the pieces and they are more stunning in real life (seriously, everyone should buy from her)

Then For my BM’s I got a fantastic deal on their necklaces, buy one get one 50% off, its all costume jewelry but I think it looks super fantastic
And my BM’s headbands, I love them! They are from the wonderful JanineBasil (http://www.etsy.com/shop/JanineBasil)
And one of the seller’s pic for how they look on
Ok now this is my bouquet made from comic book paper flowers from bookishbride (http://www.etsy.com/shop/bookishbride) and some wooden smelly flowers I found at TJ Maxx (I think)
The Bouts will be made from the same comic book flowers, with some lace and colored peacock feather accents (my goal is for each bout to look different)
The programs I shameless stole from some post on Weddingbee ( I Think) but I love them !
Our guest book I am still working on, but we are modeling it after the Adventure book from UP and I think I did a pretty good job! Anyway we are also gonna scrap book on the inside as well as have places for people to sign ^.^
The card box is easy, we are using this paper vintage suit case we found at a craft store and leaving it open with glitter letters that say “Cards” handing from the lid
Biggest concerns right now:
Where to get hair, make up and nails done. Since this is a destination wedding I can’t go in for a trial but even that is not bothering me as much as my wedding is a Sunday wedding and EVERY salon I have called for far is closed on Sunday. Grrrrrr!
And the Rehearsal dinner, I’ve been doing the match and it is going to cost me like 400 bucks to feed 30+ people dinner… somehow I kninda forgot about that dinner and thus forgot to set aside the money… so that will be interesting ...
