Hello all, the question has finally presented itself and now we are ring shopping! I know we want a solitaire but I'm leaning more towards something low profile, something that doesn't stick up so much

I have a Tiffany setting princess cut solitaire. It's pretty no frills. It originally had a carriage setting which stuck up so high and was really ugly to my eye. I like my ring but wish I had taken some time and really looked for something a bit more unique. I do love how low the setting is though.

Sorry for the Hello Kitty bandaid! Paper cut. Also, for the large pictures. Just took them and have to head off to work.
