Bouquet/Garter Toss

We are trying to decide on whether or not to have a bouquet and garter toss. I have always enjoyed it, but I don't mind owning up to being single, being in front of people, and busting out an MVP move or two. (I nearly always catch it.) But I know some women don't like having a big deal made of them being single, or being in front of people, and maybe can't catch. And I don't think I've ever seen a garter toss that didn't end up with the garter on the floor and the guys standing around awkwardly avoiding it.

What do you think? Silly, outdated tradition or silly, super-fun tradition?
