So we still have a while to go before our aug 14, 2011 wedding day, but im still trying to get some things in order. We've decided to do the DIY potluck thing, and i have a question. The ceremony/reception will be held at my aunts home, in her backyard, and i have a question about heating the food. With the exception of using her oven, we have no idea how to heat the food guests will bring. We're providing the main course (BBQ...pulled pork, brisket, sausage, chicken) so that will be hot on their arrival...I suppose we could use the oven for the warming of things like casseroles, etc but as for everything else, I've looked online for things like chafing dishes, etc...i just wouldnt know what size(es) to get...has anyone else run into this issue?
