Playlist!

My wedding is in 17 days, and I've been hard at work at making sure we have MUSIC.

My playlists so far are:

Pre-Ceremony Music
While everyone is being seated, we will be playing selections by Vitamin String Quartet -- I didn't like
all of the songs on any one album, so I purchased a bunch of individual songs from iTunes.

Your Sweet 666 (Tribute to H.I.M from My Metal Valentine)
Sweet Child O'Mine (Tribute to Guns'N'Roses from the Rock and Roll Wedding Collection)
Hey Ya (Tribute to Outkast)
With or Without you (Tribute to U2, from Strung Out on U2)
Stairway to Heaven (Tribute to Led Zeppelin, from Rock and Roll Wedding Collection)
Don't Stop Believing (Tribute to Journey, Strung Out Vol. 8)

Ceremony Music

For my bridesmaids: Jesu, Joy of Man's Desiring - Lumiere String Quartet
For me: Tchaikovsky's Sleeping Beauty Ballet, Act I: The Spell VI "Valse" - London Symphony Orchestra & Andre Previn
For Recessional: Mendelsohnn's A Midsummer Night's Dream: Wedding March - Boston Pops

Dinner Music

For dinner music I decided to go completely retro and do instrumental big band swing music.

First Dance/Dance with Dad

First dance with FH: Your Song (Elton John Cover) - Ewan McGregor from the Moulin Rouge OST
Dance with Dad/FH dance with his mum: I'll stand by you - The Pretenders

And then I have meticulously gone through my entire reception playlist!

Tell me what you're doing for these musical interludes! I'm curious!
