I swear this will be my last post for a while. I'm just suffering from "newly engaged and have lots of questions" syndrome. Also I will be in school almost up until the wedding so I am trying to get as much done as I can early on.
So, we plan to do assigned tables at the reception. My question is, on the RSVP card, there is a spot for the person to write their name and say how many are coming, but as far as the assigned tables go, how do you know who in the family is coming? For example, I invite my uncle, his wife and their 4 kids. He replies and say 3 people are coming, how do I know which three to put on the place cards for the tables? Or do you only make place cards for the main person in the party??? Forgive me I've only been to one wedding with assigned tables and it was just my FH and me. It seems like the answer should be really obvious but I'm just not getting it.
