Rent or Buy?

So I've decided to do candle centerpieces and realized that I like them best when the holders/vases are different heights and styles. The problem is that buying them in bulk is expensive. I stumbled across a blog that mention renting them, but I'm at a loss as to where to look--who rents candle holders?

For those that used/will use candle centerpieces where did you get your materials? I've looked at candles for less, and save on crafts and there are more economical but still pricey for candles lol.

I'm thinking of just having clear holders and maybe some purple LEDs, but maybe not lol.
