Our travel agent is a family friend, who suggested we do an all-inclusive honeymoon with Sandals.
We LOVE this idea, and have even narrowed it down to the Negril Sandals in Jamaica.
The thing is: she says that September is HURRICANE season in the Carribean. Has anyone gone to the Carribean in September? Or heard this elsewhere before? She also said that this doesn't mean there WILL be a hurricane on our trip, it just is something to keep in the back of our minds.
Should we just take our chances and go anyway or look at other options? We're planning on going for a week (7 nights) and it's going to be approx 3500, including plane, accomodations, meals, drinks, tips, gratuities, etc. etc.
Any input would be greatly appreciated!
xoxo
