I agree.

Getting a tattoo of a politician before he's had a chance to perform in office seems imprudent to me. :P

So the shoes are a no because they don't match my tattoo?

(and he's already had a chance to perform in office. my tattoo has nothing to do with him and the presidency. it just has to do with HIM)

Shoes are the wrong color. But, cool style. If you could dye them or paint them? maybe fabric paint?

This article agrees that fabric paint works great on jellies!

I might just try that. It says it won't hurt them, so it can't hurt to try, right?

I would hate to ruin a pair of Marc Jacobs with fabric paint. On a $13 pair of jellies I might rish it.

I find tattoos to be of highly personal and individual significance. Whatever it means to me matters less than what it means to the person whose skin is inked. My tattoos symbolize personal growth, wisdom, mindfulness, peacefulness and love. But someone looking at them might not know that. I think it's awesome and more power to you! :)

He's performed, just not as Commander in Chief. And it'll be a vintage 'hope' image. Even if he sucks in office.

Ahha! YOU get it! Thank you. Nobody seems to understand.

Yeah. Even if he's the worst president evar (and that would take a LOT of effort), the image reminds me of the hope he's inspired.
