Speed planning!

We jut got engaged on Tuesday, but since Eric will have to start studying for the Bar in spring, and we have no idea where we'll be living after he passes, we realized this fall is our best option, rather than waiting two years!
It totally shocked me last night to see that it's only 100 days until the date we're aiming for - October 26!

I am so glad we stayed up late Tuesday night talking about our ideas, what aspects are important to us, etc...I can't believe all the work I've accomplished in just 2 days!
-Preliminary guest list [meeting with both sets of parents this weekend to decide budget which will dictate final list of invitees]
-Narrowed it down to 3 date options
-Figured out our framework for the event: eco-chic, simple, and fun!
-I picked a couple of seal-n-send invitations...If you've used them, does anyone know the turnaround time?
-I think I found a ceremony location yesterday which would be ridiculously simple
-Eric had a CRAZY idea about where to have the reception...and while it may take a bit to sell people on the idea, it's a ton of fun, the food is good, and it's much more budget-friendly than any of the dozen or so places I've looked at!
-We have appointments with two bakeries for next weekend - I am so excited to eat cake!
-Have a great idea for favors: make place cards out of plantable seed paper, and have a pot full of soil, little scoops, and ecopots/coir pots for people to plant at home!
-Thought about making our own chuppah - anyone know how much this might cost vs. renting one?
-Eric's old roommate is a photographer, so we're meeting with her Saturday to check out her work/prices
-I have a florist appointment next week - any ideas for autumn bouquets? I'm aiming for burgundy/dark purple/deep orange
-Trying to find out whether any of the 3 rabbis I know well would be willing to perform our ceremony without mentioning God, and knowing that Eric is athiest and I'm basically agnostic with cultural/traditions of Judaism leanings
-I found a dress I love - it's actually a bridesmaid dress in white, but I love it and it's on a really big sale right now - is anyone else doing this?

Is there anything huge I'm totally forgetting? Anyone have any tips about planning a wedding in under 100 days? If incoming U.S. Presidents are judged by the action they take in their first 100 days in office, surely I can pull off a wedding in the same timeframe!
