More questions.
I was just wondering if anyone did anything special for their MOH or their best man color or outfit wise. My colors are green, black and silver, and I've decided to put the wedding party in black with silver sashes and vests for the men. My FH and I will be in black and green, so green will be the main focus for the "important" people in the wedding. So I was wondering how I could make it obvious who my MOH and BM were.. So I was thinking of adding green to their outfits in some way but I'm not sure if that would throw off the uniform sort of look considering we only have three on each side. I was just wondering if anyone had any ideas they could throw out at me.
As for another thing I was wondering, do you think it would be ok to work in the fall colors (Getting marred in October) along with my black, green and silver? I was trying to think if I could use fall leaves on the tables with my floating candles, as well as baby pumpkins. But I was planning to use black green and silver candles. Would that clash horribly? I -love- fall colors and I -love- pumpkins but I'm dead set on my colors. Those three are my favorite colors (The fact that they're HP Slytherin colors wasn't even considered until the FH mentioned it.) So what do you ladies think? The green we're using is an olive green, and the silver is more of a dark silver. Thank you for any imput =)
PS: I took the lantern idea and ran with it, I'm now using lanterns in place of my brides maids flowers, only we're filling the lanterns with silk flowers and feathers to keep from burning their hands. ^^ This community is awesome.
