EDITED: i am having trouble with the disk crashing my computer... so i couldnt edit the first photo i used. so i replaced it with one already sized. hopefully it is small enough. this is not a pro shot but the rest all are.
i am not sure how the previous brides have chosen which photos to share online. we had a lot of AWESOME Photos.... it was hard to just choose a few.... but these are the ones that i feel best show our details and out personality. this is where we had our wedding:
this is our ketubah and our photo guest mat frame:
my husband:
our cake:
and the next are pretty self explanatory:
that was to put grandpa's ring into the bouquet. he passed away shortly after giving his blessing on our marriage... he promised me when i was 10 that he wouldnt die of cancer and would see me walk down the aisle. he didnt make it and it was really hard on me. i know it was a lame promise that was made to a child to make them feel better about a serious illness like cancer, but its a promise that i never let go of....
with his mom:
me getting a pair of earrings from my husband and suddenly realizing that this was real:
box made by the same woman who made my grandfathers ring holder for the bouquet, my hair piece, and my penny thing on my shoe... the garters were made by a different friend:
the girls wore different dresses but we had the bouquet stems wrapped to mimic this dress:
with daddy:
i had to walk down a dirt road to get to the back of the property and the top of the aisle:
crying and laughing:
my mom is also a cantor and she sang for us:
we were pronounced husband and wife and it was so SURREAL i didnt hear them say it (we had 2 officiants). they said it again and we both heard it this time and i screamed our of excitement:
he broke a glass:
we all got together for a great big group shot:
and in case you all arent bored of pictures yet, we have more from the reception:
with my maid of honor!!!
getting down to "my bridesmaid's height" for a photo. yes. i am on my knees:
demonstrating how to carry me over the threshhold:
no smooshing:
he was on the verge of tears all night, this was him watching me dancing with daddy:
him with his mom:
probably my favorite formal photo of the whole party:
