so i went to see TOOL on wednesday. it was amazing. the best show ive ever been too. i cant really say that i expected it. i figured it would be a good show. but the emotions and showmanship was out of this world. also, any time i type wednesday i saw it in my head as Wed Nes Day. because in the second grade my teacher told the class that is a good way to remember how it is spelled. that aside. TOOL rules. Such an amazing concert.
i just came back from the chelsea. watched Die Grosse Stille. or Into Great Silence. I must say it was a good movie. but i hate when people voice their displeasure with a movie while everyone watches it silently. this old white woman could not stop huffing and puffing about the repetition of some scenes. also, i felt the english subtitles were bad. Ich bin der ich bin, literally "i am the I am" was translated as "I am the one who is" so whoever did the titles didnt know french or german or the bible. idiots. i mean, it was a movie about monks. couldnt we figure out what the bible says?
